I love to see Brooke White and david cook go all the way, although i think David archuletta might be that strong black horse.

So get a good makeup remover.. it’s as important as a cleanser if you’re wearing makeup everyday. This is the only way to avoid breakouts and the possiblity of an allergic reaction of stale makeup on your skin.

Also, remember, take your makeup off gently. Just as gentle as you put it on!

I find that cleansing sheets are equally good as conventional makeup removers….they’re easy to use and not very expensive. Also easy to carry around… big brands like estee lauder, oil of olay do very good cleansing sheets… so there’s really no reason to be lazy!

Aside from it’s obvious role as a cancer causing substance, smoking dries our your skin. Because smoking restricts blood vessels, it can prevent oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin. The skin takes on a sallow and greyish cast, which is why smokers often appear pale and unhealthy.. Young smokers are not immune. Those who start smoking at 15 or so are subjecting themselves to premature wrinkling.

NO amount of anti ageing cream will removed the wrinkles caused by cigarettes!!

Bottomline – You can be careful about your food diet and exercise regularly, but that all means nothing if you keep smoking.

Alcohol too, dehydrates the skin and interferes with the blood circulation. It robs the skin of moisture and vital nutrients. Make up for a drinking session by taking plenty of water the following day, but that doesn’t mean it will offset alcohol’s negative effects that easily.

Of course, there’s no need to totally eliminate alcohol from your life, but BE CLEVER! @_*

Do you know why we get pimples and blackheads? Dirt and dust particles can hide in the pores of the skin and clog the sebaceous glands – these are the glands that produce sebum or oil. When these glands get clogged, your face will start to show signs of dirt in many forms.

Here are some recommendations on how to take good care of that important little face.

If you have dry skin, which feels taut and is often itchy, try using a milky or cream cleanser.. As dry skin is sensitve, one washing is sufficient.

Oily skin responds better to a refreshing foam or water based gel. Although light, a gel is just as deep cleansing and oily skins will enjoy the lubricating effect it leaves after a rinse with the water.

Remember to buy products with AHAs as it will help to decongest the skin and prevent clogged proes so common with oily skin.

With combination skin, a tendency towards dryness except on the t-zone of the forhead, nose and chin, mild wash off cleansers are good as they address both oily and dry areas. You may wan to wash the oilier areas more thoroughy.

While cleansing is essential, it is important not to over-cleanse the skin. Over cleansing strips away essential lipids and natural essential fatty acids that help to keep in moisture. Just as important, it may surprise you to know that dehydration from over-cleansing can lead to premature ageing!

So choose the right products when you get to the cleansers aisle! I keep to the same cleanser for so many years and it’s great!

Ok, i’ve just measured myself on the scale, and I’m 52Kg. I’m 1.58m…so i’m not overweight, but I am trying to trim my tummy especially…. so here’s to jot down my progress..

I like my shoulders, arms and upper body generally. I’m not very happy with my thighs and my tummy. So my aim is to trim my tummy and my thighs…

I’m cutting down on fatty food stuffs for a start…that’s the easiest. Occasionally, i pamper myself a bit…

But ok… the next step is try to do a bit of situps every nite. It’s good for firming the tummy…so i’m going to force myself to do twenty a day. Ok, friday sat and sunday, i’m going to take a break….give myself a more practical routine to start with

I’m planning on taking more low-on-sugar fruits… at least 2 types of fruit a day.

Also taking two meals instead of 3, and strictly no supper, no carbonated drinks, no chocolates and sweets.

Ok, i’m a snack queen, so snacks do tempt me. I’m going to try to cut down on snacking… at most one pack of crisps a week. no more than that.

Ok…will document my progress here to keep myself motivated I don’t wanna be like a humpty piggie…so here’s to trimming myself!! support me, won’t cha?

Just like to share, I’ve cured a long stretch of my stretch marks on my calf, but it took me around 6 months plus to get it removed. I didn’t even realise until today in the shower…. I have long given up hope, but have continually, and religiously done my ‘routine’. If you’re reading this, you can try out the following

Scrub with bath salts DAILY, once a day. Use Cocoa Butter right after your shower on your marks, it tends to absorb a lot faster…

Every once a week, Wet body brush your marks and body, then apply vitamin E lotion. You should brush your skin till red.

Go out into the sun as often as you can…..The sun gives FREE vit E.

I also used normal foundation daily to cover the marks. I don’t know what happen, or may be due to time, it has faded away, but it’s gone and i’m happy will continue to do the same for my other marks.

most importantly, try not to let these marks affect you too much psychological. Keep a happy heart, try to forget the marks… It really helps!

Good luck guys! AND don’t keep asking yourself why you have those marks!!! You’ll never get a satisfied answer! so don’t ask

Castro go all the way.. I think David Cook is REALLY good….. David Archuleta is just cute and I loved his rendition of Another Day in Paradise David Hernandez is Okay… But I really think COOK is the best David and Brooke White…. I think she’s got such a unique voice and she’s very very good with instruments.. which make her performances unique and varied.

I’m so disappointed Asia’H Epperson was eliminated, resuilts definitely did not do justice to her. She’s got great personality and definitely a BIG voice… Though simon thought her last performance was second class Whitney, but it was sure good enough to keep her in the top 12 I think.

Poor Danny… I liked Danny….but I guess in this sort of competition, it’s better just to talk less, be humble… I guess he showed TOO MUCH of himself… Luke Menard was a sooner or later case…he’s good, but compared to the others, I think he’s done well to get this far. Kady like simon said, is forgettable…. I think she lacks the ‘idol’ factor

Carly comes across as someone who’s very compeitive and confident and she’s definitely got the voice, but i think at this stage of the competition, she’s shown all her cards… and I don’t know what else she can bring out of the bag!! Carly, surprise us!

Amanda is really cool, perhaps too cool to bring more audiences to her… this ROCK CHICK nurse needs to stay in the competition, I think she’s got a very natural stage presence, and look forward to seeing more of her performances! @_@

The boys have competed – - – all fighting for a spot in the final 12. 2 boys and 2 girls will have to go this week…Who will be evicted this week?

Will it be David Hernandez – - on rumours that he was a stripper before? Though the producers seem ok with it, will the public’s opinion be affected? I thought David’s got such good stage charm, he’s definitely one of the top 5 for me.

On the last performance, I think everyone deserve to stay…but i think if i have to choose someone to go, it’ll be Danny…or Luke.

I quite like the voice of David Archuleta and David Cook, what a nice last performance you cooked!

Girls..I like Brook White , I thought she’s very original, and I loved her version of ‘You’re so vain’ I think she sung it better than carly simon to be honest
