Ok, i’ve just measured myself on the scale, and I’m 52Kg. I’m 1.58m…so i’m not overweight, but I am trying to trim my tummy especially…. so here’s to jot down my progress..
I like my shoulders, arms and upper body generally. I’m not very happy with my thighs and my tummy. So my aim is to trim my tummy and my thighs…
I’m cutting down on fatty food stuffs for a start…that’s the easiest. Occasionally, i pamper myself a bit…
But ok… the next step is try to do a bit of situps every nite. It’s good for firming the tummy…so i’m going to force myself to do twenty a day. Ok, friday sat and sunday, i’m going to take a break….give myself a more practical routine to start with
I’m planning on taking more low-on-sugar fruits… at least 2 types of fruit a day.
Also taking two meals instead of 3, and strictly no supper, no carbonated drinks, no chocolates and sweets.
Ok, i’m a snack queen, so snacks do tempt me. I’m going to try to cut down on snacking… at most one pack of crisps a week. no more than that.
Ok…will document my progress here to keep myself motivated
