<p>Ok, i&#8217;ve just measured myself on the scale, and I&#8217;m 52Kg. I&#8217;m 1.58m&#8230;so i&#8217;m not overweight, but I am trying to trim my tummy especially&#8230;. so here&#8217;s to jot down my progress..</p>
<p>I like my shoulders, arms and upper body generally. I&#8217;m not very happy with my thighs and my tummy. So my aim is to trim my tummy and my thighs&#8230;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m cutting down on fatty food stuffs for a start&#8230;that&#8217;s the easiest. Occasionally, i pamper myself a bit&#8230; </p>
<p>But ok&#8230; the next step is try to do a bit of situps every nite. It&#8217;s good for firming the tummy&#8230;so i&#8217;m going to force myself to do twenty a day. Ok, friday sat and sunday, i&#8217;m going to take a break&#8230;.give myself a more practical routine to start with <img src='http://www.jumboheart.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I&#8217;m planning on taking more low-on-sugar fruits&#8230; at least 2 types of fruit a day.</p>
<p>Also taking two meals instead of 3, and strictly no supper, no carbonated drinks, no chocolates and sweets.</p>
<p>Ok, i&#8217;m a snack queen, so snacks do tempt me. I&#8217;m going to try to cut down on snacking&#8230; at most one pack of crisps a week. no more than that.</p>
<p>Ok&#8230;will document my progress here to keep myself motivated <img src='http://www.jumboheart.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I don&#8217;t wanna be like a humpty piggie&#8230;so here&#8217;s to trimming myself!! support me, won&#8217;t cha?</p>
