The Housing Development Board of Singapore has launched the sale of a new housing project called Coralinus in Punggol Town. Under the Build-To-Order System, applications for the flats were submitted from 30June 2005 to 20Jul 2005
It is estimated that the completion of the project will be in approximately year 2009.
There are only 369 units, but applications were in excess of more than a few thousand.
The price range is from $169,000 to $205,000 and successful applicants can expect a modern development and flats furnished to a high, sophisticated standard.
Recently, there’s another develop in Punggol Way, just directly opposite Coralinus. There’re only 700 units or so I heard or probably less than that, and there were more than 3000 applicants.The response was overwhelming.
Punggol is a new age town and is a current popular location for young families. The value of the newer properties like Coralinus and the recent project in Punggol Way is estimate to escalate to approximately 4-5 times its original price
Many of us are purchasing for ourselves, but it certainly is a wise investment in time to come.
