Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal..what’s up with the three giants of football history?!
A lot of people are in the *Chelsea Hater’s Club*, love to hate them dont’ we? They’re now neck to neck with Man Utd in the Premiership, it’s a rat race and we’re so absorbed in that whole chelsea vs. Man Utd drama these days, I’m sure a lot of us are biting our nails anxiously for the final result. Well, i’m definitely rooting for Man Utd!
Arsenal has always been my favourite team, and I’m definitely a gunner for life as long as Thierry Henry is still there. However, it is hard not to be impressed with the exceptional capabilities of Man Utd. They have such strength, unbelievable pace, amazing teamwork and a consistency this season that it is almost impossible to overlook.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Man Utd vs Roma Match. 7-1 in the champions league, a historical moment that Man Utd will be proud of in a very long time. That is just beautiful football, Christiano Ronaldo was the man of the match for me. The smoothness, the chemistry between the players is really what watching football is all about for me. I particularly admire the outstanding skills of ronaldo and alan smith in that match. Simply stunning.
One wouldn’t dispute that the old arsenal team a few years back was formidable. With berkamp, pires, viera, ashley cole and of course all time favourite striker Henry…the team was just remarkable, they seem to be able to achieve anything they wanted. Now it seems that the younger players are taking over, and it’s a good sign, but I miss the old team….. to me, watching them used to be like watching MAGIC. Fabregas seems to be quite a strong character in the team now, Arsene Wenger seems to be taking the whole team in a totally different direction, at the moment it may seem they’re falling back a little, but in time one must not dismiss the possibility that this team will develop into full force and ultimately come back as a dark horse.
As for Chelsea, they’re clearly competitive, apparently fighting hard to overtake Man Utd in the Premiership and determined to push their way into the Champion League Finals.
I wouldn’t say I’m a big Man Utd fan now, but I’m definitely 100% behind them in the Champions League at least. Wouldn’t it be interesting, if Chelsea and Man Utd face each other in the Finals. Would be the game of the century… wouldn’t it?
As for dear old Arsenal, it’s time to pull up your socks, get yourselves into position for the next season!
and Chelsea… it’s fun to watch you and all the drama. I used to hate football and never understood why 22people chasing after a stupid ball could be fun to watch. It’s definitely like a soap opera now…!
Don’t miss the live action, i’m gonna stay up to catch the live episode!
